This brought tears to my eyes. My daughter is 12 and we have been struggling with this since she was 7. FINALLY the medical community is catching up. After years of not being taken seriously, her doctors actually come to me with questions.
This video is great. Our girl had involuntary hand movements and other symptoms of PANDAS on a Tuesday. I heard about PANDAS for the first time that same week – on a Friday. We had her tested for strep on Monday and it was positive. After being on the antibiotic for a couple of days the symptoms began to fade. Your work is making it possible for kids to get treatment faster. We are in the process of taking her to a specialist for help. Thank you very much.
