Rare strep throat complication can cause OCD behaviors, tics

The parents of a 10-year-old Raleigh boy began noticing strange behavior in their son about a year ago. Chris Martian would, all of a sudden, blank out and become unresponsive. After a long time searching, Chris was Diagnosed with PANDAS and now takes antibiotics and does cognitive behavioral psychotherapy to treat PANDAS.
